Transforming an old building with multiple past renovations and varying floor elevations into a seamless office space presented unique challenges. FCC Construction rose to the occasion by removing existing load-bearing CMU walls, opening up the area to create a modern and functional working environment. Collaborating with specialty subcontractors, we updated the facility to include sound masking, a new server room, and a high-tech conference space. A standout feature of the project was a custom-built conference table, cast in place with rebar reinforcement and accented with floating glass. Additionally, FCC crafted multiple custom oak cabinets, enhancing both the break area and individual offices with elegant and practical print storage solutions. The result is a cohesive, modern office space that exceeds expectations.
