Project Information:
FCC Construction was again selected to provide construction services for the Sandy Pines Campground Community. The North Shore Center was constructed with funds from a number of sources including a FEMA Hazard Mitigation Grant, Salem Township and private funds. This structure provides meeting space for the campground, library and community events in addition to protect campers in the event of severe weather. This precast concrete structure was built to the storm shelter specification 2014 FEMA P-36I and 2015 ICC-500 standards.
