Project Information:

Much of the construction was done during the winter and required a great deal of temporary protection and delays. FCC responded with a phased build out of the 2nd floor that lead to completing the project on time. The project was also completed on a tight construction site surrounded by busy streets and businesses. The project was a success. The 11 mo schedule was maintained throughout construction and although the team encountered challenges with weather, they ultimately delivered the project on time and within budget. FCC was able to garner another great client.
