Project Information:

The new addition was in close proximity to one of the main entrances to the church. Special considerations were taken while developing the site logistics plan in order to minimize community exposure to construction, maximum site security and full unimpeded access for all of the congregation. With any remodels there is a potential for unknown conditions to rear their ugly head and blow a project budget. Through creative ideas, teamwork and diligence the team was able to overcome multiple situations where existing structural conditions to were attempting to deplete project contingency reserves. The project was finished on time and within budget.
