Project Information:

The Lansing branch was established when the owner purchased this foreclosed building and revamped into a new tire sales & service center. FCC worked with the owner from base budget and conceptual design to help justify the purchase of the building. Upon purchase FCC worked with Dixon Architecture and Exxel engineering, working through the site plan approval and permitting process. The Project included a complete renovation of the building and site. Including new office, renovated shop, new loading docks, new parking and retention pond.
