Project Information:
FCC Construction was contracted to deliver an intense design build project which required an incredible amount of coordination with the mechanical and electrical design. Pre- construction began the summer of 2018 with construction not commencing until late December of 2019. We provided the pre-engineered metal building, insulated metal wall and roof panels, overhead crane, and ridge vent for equipment intake. The entire vent (15’ wide x 70’ long x 8’ tall) had to be constructed on the ground and picked into place. A sound absorbing acoustical wall system was designed over ten inches thick and consists of two, mineral wool sections encapsulated in perforated steel panels. Finally, a traditional insulated metal wall panel was used to create the insulation for the building envelope.
