This renovation project was a fast track delivery for both design and construction, successful completion of both services took detailed planning and team work. The project was constructed inside an operating casino with no impact to operation. Our team incorporated high end finishes including fine wood work, natural stone tile, carpet and lighting. The construction was a 3-month schedule that drove detailed material procurement coordination of the custom finishes, mechanical equipment and electrical fixtures. The project area was turned over with zero punch list items and the space was in operation the day the team agreed to.
