Over the years, Duncan Aviation has become a historic multi state construction relationship. The 68,000 square foot Maintenance Building project includes a 280-foot clear span structure. The impressive open floor space includes the efficacy of a Simple Saver roof system delivering a R-43 isolation factor and a built-in fall protection system providing employee safety throughout. In addition to the vast hangar space we constructed the two-story structural steel office that incorporated custom designed stair and railing along with unique marquee canopies.
