FCC Construction has been invited back multiple times over the last decade to do a number of upgrades and build-outs within the Corium facility. We have constructed several hard wall cleanroom cells for medical manufacturing. Many of the cleanrooms are built to an ISO Class 8 standard of environmental cleanliness. This type of construction requires a great deal of planning and early design communication as materials and equipment often have a six months of procurement lead time. Construction in a cleanroom facility take the utmost attention to detail and planning. Many projects require access to, and proximity of active adjacent cleanrooms. This work must be conducted during off shift hours and can incorporate temporary air locks and a full gowning process for personnel, tools and materials.
